When you send the enquiry form I collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the development you are asking about and the message you write. I use this only to reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and keep in touch about the property search you have asked me for. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for later follow-up, my legitimate interest in continuing a conversation you started (Art. 6.1.f).
If you write to me on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, I keep that correspondence for the same purpose.
Together with the form I store a Google click identifier (GCLID) if you arrived from a Google advert. It tells me which advert brought you here; it does not identify you personally on its own.

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form handling), which acts as my processor.
