The project & my view

Sira Homes is a boutique development of 21 residences arranged across seven low-rise buildings, set within landscaped Mediterranean gardens with planted walls and illuminated pathways.

The collection includes two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Every home has a private pool, with ground-floor residences opening onto private gardens and penthouses featuring rooftop solariums. Generous living spaces and floor-to-ceiling glazing connect the interiors with the outdoor surroundings.

My view: the trade-off is a higher price per square metre than ZEW and a limited choice. With six homes left, position and orientation matter, so if this is the one, don't wait for completion to decide.
