ZEW is a gated community at the top of Elviria West, designed by Ismael Mérida for Concept Homes. The idea is balance: clean contemporary architecture, interiors that open straight onto terraces and gardens, and a community built around wellbeing, with open views over the Mediterranean landscape.
Two kinds of home: garden villas on the ground floor, with 3–4 bedrooms and private gardens, and duplex penthouses with 2–4 bedrooms and rooftop solariums. It makes sense for someone who wants a lock-up-and-leave apartment with hotel-style facilities, at the most accessible price of the four.
My view: ZEW is the entry point of the collection and the one with the widest choice right now. If a private pool is a must, look at Sira Homes; if you want a house, Serenity Hills or The Valley. And keep in mind that with further phases planned, there will be building around you for a few years.
